By purchasing a subscription on NEXUS, your organization gains access to the platform features based on the selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Each user must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your organization's administrator manages user roles and permissions within the guild.

5. Acceptable Use
